Digital Artist Needed for Logo Character Design

I am looking for a digital artist who can mimic and already established art style for an already completed logo which features 3 profiles of heads of various citizens that make up the fictional city in which I write about. The idea is that when the Homepage of my website is refreshed the heads on the logo change. I am pretty happy with this art style but would mind slight changes over all. I would like for all the illustrated heads to have the same facial expression. Its basically, pride with the outlook of a bright future... something like that. I gonna need a classy mix of genders and races involved, showing off the diversity of the city of Timton. examples of people: Chef, Ship captain, Snobby Elvin-like people, Nurse, Construction Worker, Burglar, Professional wrestler, chimney sweep, fisherman, wasteland warrior, Redneck, Nun, Waitress, Barista, Business Clown, Baseball Player, ETC. Of course, I would like to take a gander at your works. And once hired, I'll just be looking for one person, if I feel like you can produce we can continue onward where we can talk about how many characters you would like to take on.
