Design PDF facing Clients

I have a word document (attached) that is currently 24 pages long that needs to be overhauled in terms of design. The length is largely due to embedded photos. In the document already are wording and also photos. There are 33 photos, of which 25 or so need to be edited (some are clearly already professionally taken and edited). The document is meant to convey to our potential customers their product options and the approximate price ranges. It should be attractive and informative when complete. Right now I have only attempted to compile the information. The order in which the information is presented must stay the same. We will provide you with a brand guide, logos, and key words when needed. Please recommend a fixed price as well as how you deal with revisions.
