Etrade API Project - Update Existing Azure Project

I am looking for a developer to update an existing Etrade API project that I use. It leverages python, visual studio and microsoft azure. There are some updates and clean up needed for the project. I am only looking for individuals with Etrade, Polygon and python experience. Please list specifically your projects where you've worked on projects with these conditions. A major plus would be someone that has executed OCO within the Etrade API. I expect this project should last about 2 months, with researching existing project, evaluating new changes and implementation and testing.
