We’re looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with WooCommerce expertise to support a unique, fast-growing flower marketplace as it ramps up for the busy season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving creative challenges, is fluent in plugin customization (especially with YITH tools), and has an eye for user experience. Bonus points if you have graphic design skills and can contribute to the visual elements of the platform. What You’ll Do: • Customize and maintain a WordPress + WooCommerce site, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. • Enhance and streamline our existing wholesale platform, currently built using a suite of plugins (primarily YITH). • Implement thoughtful UI/UX updates across the site to improve shopping experience for both retail and wholesale customers. • Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and optimize for speed, compatibility, and scalability. • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to execute seasonal updates and ongoing improvements. • (Optional) Assist with graphic and visual content creation for site assets, banners, or product visuals. Requirements: • Proven experience developing WordPress websites with deep WooCommerce knowledge. • Strong understanding of plugin ecosystems, particularly YITH tools, and the ability to troubleshoot or customize as needed. • Familiarity with wholesale e-commerce workflows. • Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) and a keen sense of design principles. • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines. • (Nice to have) Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
