Job Description: We’re looking for a talented software developer (or small team) to build a custom CRM specifically designed for the roofing industry. This is not just another generic CRM — our goal is to build an industry-leading solution that streamlines everything from lead management to job scheduling, estimates, inspections, invoicing, and beyond. We are roofing industry insiders with deep knowledge of the business. Now, we need a tech partner who can turn our vision into a powerful SaaS platform. What You’ll Be Building: • Custom web application (possibly mobile later) • Lead & job management pipeline • Estimate builder (manual & automated) • Calendar scheduling and dispatching • Job progress tracking (photos, checklists, notes) • Integrations (Google Calendar, QuickBooks, aerial measurement APIs, supplier catalogs) • Customer portal for approvals & payments • Reporting dashboard (sales, job costs, margins, etc.) • Notifications (email, SMS) • Future: AI tools for inspections & auto-quoting What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience building SaaS or CRM platforms ✅ Clean, intuitive UI/UX design skills (or team up with a designer) ✅ Familiar with workflow management tools or service industry apps ✅ Experience with API integrations (Google Maps, Twilio, QuickBooks, etc.) ✅ Ability to build scalable, well-documented code ✅ Proactive problem solver — you’ll help shape the product, not just write code ✅ Good communicator — clarity matters!
