Expert UI/UX Designer (US Citizen residing in the US ONLY) – Responsive Dashboards and Visualizations for Software Products We’re seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with deep experience in Figma to join our team in designing clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for a range of advanced software applications. Projects include data dashboards, hardware tasking interfaces, and other user-centric digital products that require thoughtful UX and precision in visual design. This is a contract role with the potential for ongoing collaboration across multiple product lines. Your work will directly contribute to mission driven technology that may interface with government operations, so attention to detail, professionalism, and clarity in communication are key. What You'll Do: - Join our UI/UX design team in Figma, collaborating with developers and stakeholders. - Design clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for complex datasets and control systems. - Translate technical requirements into intuitive workflows. - Contribute to wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets. - Create scalable design systems and UI libraries. Requirements: - Expert level Figma skills with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive dashboards and modern interface design. - Proven experience designing data-heavy UIs and/or hardware-related interfaces. - Ability to communicate with developers and iterate based on user needs and technical feasibility. - Able to work 15-40 hours per week depending on project requirements - Must be a U.S. Citizen, currently based in the United States, and able to provide a valid passport or equivalent documentation. This is a strict requirement because of our work with the federal government.
