You’ll be brought into projects regularly, white-labeled under our brand, with your own internal email — joining Zoom calls and working directly with clients as part of our team. ---------- Timeline: 6 Weeks WORDPRESS DELIVERABLES -Pages: 5 core pages (Home, About, Contact, Services, etc.) -Templates: Present 3 templates for the client to choose from (We have go-to themes but are open to others you trust) -Stock Media: Photo and video selection included (we use premium stock sites) KICKOFF MEETING -15-minute kickoff Zoom meeting with client ZOOM MEETINGS (3 total) 1: Questionnaire & Web Layout Meeting – 1 hour Review the Website Questionnaire (already filled out by client) -Present 2–3 WordPress theme options -Discuss layout, design direction, and functionality -Help client remove unneeded theme sections (e.g., testimonials) 2. Website Home Page Review & Revisions – 2 hours -Present home page draft -Review layout, branding, fonts, and color choices -Gather feedback and make live edits or note changes for revision 3. Revised Home Page & Additional Pages + Final Training – 2 hours -Present revised home page and additional core pages -Final round of feedback and edits -Provide recorded WordPress training (how to make basic edits) HANDOFF (As-Is, No Revisions) -Add client as WordPress admin -Grant access to hosting and domain -Transfer plugin and theme licenses to client -Final backup (ZIP file: website files and database) --------
