Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced mobile app developer to create an AI-powered roofing sales map app for personal use. The app will help visualize sales territories, customer leads, and project locations, and integrate various data sources such as house age, permit history, storm damage reports, and property values. Key Features & Requirements: AI-Powered Lead Scoring: The app should use AI to score leads based on house age, permit history, storm damage, and property value. Map Integration: The app should visualize sales territories, leads, and job sites on an interactive map. Real-Time Weather Data: The app should include weather overlays to display current storms and potential damage zones. Route Optimization: The app should optimize sales reps’ routes for visiting leads efficiently. Local Data Integration: The app must pull in local data regarding house age, permit history, storm damage, and property value estimates. Cloud Sync & Backup: The app should sync data to a cloud service (preferably Google Cloud or AWS) for backup and multi-device access.
