Add new information to existing website

On my current website I need a professional to make edits to the pages and add another entry on the "about the therapist" tab. I also need the "request an appointment" icon to direct to my email rather than to the current redirect. Finally, I had a menu of options for visitors to my site but it is suddenly gone.
