Short Description: Seeking a CRO expert to audit and redesign a landing page targeting government buyers. Must be skilled in copywriting, UX, SEO, and design. B2G experience a big plus. Project Overview QFlow Systems is a B2G-focused SaaS company that delivers enterprise document management and workflow automation solutions to government clients. We are looking for a skilled Webpage Conversion Optimization Specialist to help us improve the performance of a key landing page targeted at Federal, State, and Local Government decision-makers. This is a project-based engagement focused on auditing and revamping one strategic webpage to significantly increase visitor engagement and lead conversion. Note: Our website is hosted on HubSpot CMS. Familiarity with the HubSpot website builder, drag-and-drop modules, and theme structure is required. You should be comfortable implementing page changes directly within the HubSpot environment and aligning with our existing theme framework. Scope of Work: - Audit the current landing page for usability, messaging, SEO, and conversion opportunities. - Propose and implement CRO strategies tailored for a government/professional audience. - Update or rewrite webpage copy for clarity, persuasion, and trust-building. - Improve UX/UI for accessibility, navigation, and mobile responsiveness. - Refresh or create visual design elements including graphics, animations, or short-form video (as needed). - Integrate SEO best practices for relevant keyword visibility and ranking improvements. - Collaborate with QFlow's Head of Marketing for content alignment and stakeholder feedback. Ideal Candidate: - Demonstrated experience increasing conversion rates for B2B or B2G landing pages. - Strong skills in copywriting, visual design, and UX principles. - Able to balance compliance-oriented messaging with persuasive storytelling. - Comfortable working independently while accepting strategic direction from our Head of Marketing. - Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot Website Designer Bonus Skills: - Government marketing experience (especially Federal/State procurement environments). - Video editing or animation (for optional page enhancements). - Understanding of accessibility and compliance in public-sector design. Timeline: This is a priority project—we’re looking to onboard som time in April or May with a goal of completing implementation within 2–3 weeks after project kickoff.
