We already have a live production site at social.ee Basically I have contracted out the work to several large offshore Indian companies, but have so far been very unhappy with the lack of communication, too many project managers, slow code deployment, and constant need for my team to do extensive QA/QC of the tickets. Some is okay, but my experience so far has been terrible. This is a huge opportunity for the right agency............ Our current tech stack is MERN, and we are using AWS and Amplify to deploy the code. We are also using Twilio for the messaging, and Apify API, and Stripe for payments. Also integrated with Salesforce. I am looking for a good company with strong front end and back end devs, as well as strong dev ops. Must have excellent English communication skills with at all levels, the project manager, the developers, and any other resources. Will only consider companies that work in my time zone (Los Angeles PST), and are accessible throughout the day to address ongoing production issues. AS SUCH, WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING CANDIDATES ON AN AD HOC BASIS TO START, ONCE THE TEAM HAS PROVEN COMPETENCY WILL MOVE TO FULL TIME
