We are looking for a payments expert, specifically Stripe experience. This a business consulting project so not necessarily looking for a developer. We have two key issues that we are trying to address with our payment gateway workflow. * How do we qualify that a customer has sufficient funds when they sign up for a subscription? * How do we configure Stripe and Stripe Radar to allow more payments to clear. We are dealing with a high-level of fails and blocks for transactions. Someone with deep knowledge of payment gateway best practices, Stripe Radar, and customer quality assessment would be ideal.
