WordPress Developer Needed for Gated Content Download Popup

I need a developer to complete a quick fix on a WordPress post template that has already been created. I am running into issues getting gated assets to open and download after someone fills out a lead capture form to gain access and download a PDF. Should be a simple fix however I don't have the proper coding/development skills to make it function properly.
