Full Stack Engineer – React, Python & AI Bot Optimization

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer experienced in React and Python to troubleshoot and enhance the performance of our AI-powered bot system. The primary focus will be identifying root causes of existing issues in the AI bot, improving system responsiveness, and ensuring smooth integration between the frontend and backend. You should have a solid background in debugging AI features, optimizing performance, and working with modern web stacks. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of AI service integration, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AI frameworks like OpenAI, Langchain, or custom models is essential. Familiarity with frontend performance tuning, backend profiling, and API-level debugging is expected.
