Configure PHP environment on Godaddy.com for using Twilio SDK

Add the Twilio SDK to my Godaddy hosted environment (currently on PHP 8.1) utilizing a tool called Composer (getcomposer.org). This is required so I can debug an existing PHP program that outputs a message via Twilio. The Godaddy and Twilio accounts are already in place.
