Consolidate code to one plugin for a speciality calculator

Within our Wordpress/Woocommerce site we have a form that filters product results. This form has various scripts and functions throughout the theme directory. For easier troubleshooting and future updates we need to combine all those functions into a single plugin. The filter form displays a list of products based on selected criteria such as Maximum Power, Maximum RPM, Feed Rate, etc. The functions of the form work correctly but since they’re scattered throughout the site it is difficult to update and make changes, edits, and corrections for the form. The products (based on what we’ve seen so far) are being pulled from a database not on the current website.
