Very simple! I just want to mimic this fillable form (not ours) on our own webflow site: https://www.cadillactravel.com/deca/deca-sign-up-list.php Deliverables: - The file for the form itself. Ideally made to imitate this google sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rmYO96HVF8fXkvTZATQZcYam_joVEbih7uDTPc_lhEI/edit?usp=sharing - The embed code for our site to ensure it displays/sizes appropriately - User able to "save with changes" to their device after filling in the form on the page - Be able to pull data from those forms after they send it to us. Ideally we'd be able to "reconvert" it back to a spreadsheet, not a fillable PDF somehow. I imagine this is a piece of cake for someone, I just don't have the time to figure it out right now!
