Setup payment system for website with php on fulfillment to update database

I want to setup Stripe as the payment system for my website. When user makes a payment, I want to use the Fulfillment feature of Stripe to then run a PHP script that will update the user database. I also prefer to work virtually with the developer so I may understand the process. The developer should have prior experience using Fulfillment feature of Stripe to update user accounts.
