Global investment conference seeks a Content and Website Manager to oversee our content management, ensure seamless site functionality, and support marketing initiatives for our new Wix-based website. This role requires both strategic content oversight and hands-on execution within our Wix platform for our various events that take place in various locations around the world throughout the year. Our global investment conferences convene some of the brightest minds and influential leaders in the world of finance, economics, media, and business. Held in settings from Greenwich CT to Hong Kong to London, our forums serve as a nexus for thought-provoking discussions, insightful presentations, and high-level networking. More detailed job description: Commitment - Remote role where can work East Coast time zone hours, with some evening and weekend work - Estimating 10-15 hours per week (may increase in the weeks leading up to an event) Website Management & Content Updates - Manage and update website content, ensuring accurate and timely publication of event details, membership information, and sponsor pages. - Optimize site structure and user experience, making updates to navigation, layouts, and design as needed - Maintain and improve SEO performance through content optimization and best practices. - Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for all site updates Wix Development & Technical Enhancements - Implement custom functionality using Wix - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to site performance, security, or integrations - Manage integrations with CRM tools (HubSpot) and event registration platforms (Whova) to streamline user data management Marketing & Content Coordination - Work closely with the marketing team to align web content with campaign initiatives, membership promotions, and sponsorship outreach - Support the creation and management of landing pages for events, memberships, and sponsorship opportunities - Assist in developing and executing web-based marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touch points Event Support & Member Experience - Collaborate with the events team to ensure the website supports event registration, ticketing, and member access - Manage event-related website communications, including updates on schedules, speaker lists, and sponsorship details - Enhance the digital experience for members, sponsors, and attendees through improved site features and navigation Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in website management, content editing, or digital marketing - Proficiency in Wix CMS, with preference for candidates experienced in Wix Velo development - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple updates and requests - Experience integrating Wix with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and third-party marketing tools is a plus
