We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to help build, enhance, and launch our next-generation event management portal. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to transition features from the existing platform, integrate new functionalities, and ensure the portal is optimized for desktop and mobile use. You’ll play a critical role in designing a scalable, user-friendly, and efficient system that serves the needs of our growing client base. Key Responsibilities Development & Transition: Analyze and replicate features of the current portal, including artist and vendor management, guest lists, and basic accounting functionalities. Migrate existing data and ensure compatibility with the new platform. Feature Integration: Build and enhance functionalities such as staffing, volunteer management, accounting settlement, catering, and credential tracking. Ensure seamless cloud-based and mobile compatibility. UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with designers to create a user-friendly interface. Optimize the portal for speed, accessibility, and usability on all devices. Testing & Refinement: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve bugs. Implement improvements based on user feedback. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and stakeholders. Provide detailed documentation of code and technical processes. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with CFML (ColdFusion Markup Language). Proficiency in database management with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience building and maintaining cloud-based applications. Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development. Familiarity with Agile development processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with performance optimization in CFML and SQL-based systems. Preferred: Experience in event management software or similar industries. Knowledge of API integrations and third-party tools.
