Wrap keras model in flask app and docker container, serve as public api

I have a model already, saved as a .h5 that I need wrapped in a flask api and docker container, and served as a public api for users to send requests to. This shouldn't take very long for someone with the know how, not more than a day or two. The pay is 150$ for the whole thing, and is somewhat negotiable, but this should not be hard. I also need an explanation, which I could pay for separately. The model is attached, it predicts whether an input image is from one of 8 types.
