About the Role Vaulted is looking for a skilled Content Strategist | Copywriter with a solid foundation in B2B marketing. This role is focused on shaping and implementing content strategies that drive client success and elevate their digital presence. Working across both internal and client-facing initiatives, you’ll blend strategic thinking, creativity, and precise content development to make an impact. This is a remote, part-time role for individuals located within the United States. Expected capacity would be between 15 - 20 hours a week. Key Responsibilities - Content Strategy and Planning: Create data-driven content strategies tailored to B2B objectives, maintaining a consistent brand voice across various digital platforms - Content Creation and Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand copy that tells a compelling story for Vaulted and client brands, balancing strategic goals with creativity - Content Calendar and Editorial Oversight: Manage content calendars aligned with campaign timelines, ensuring consistent tone and quality. Establish and enforce editorial guidelines - Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, providing actionable insights to enhance strategies - Trend and Audience Insights: Monitor B2B trends and audience behaviors, including key demographics to keep content relevant and engaging - Content Briefing: Develop clear, strategic briefs to guide both internal and client-facing teams - SEO and Distribution: Implement SEO and distribution plans to expand content reach and impact - Client Collaboration and Presentation: Present content strategies to clients, walking them through proposed brand approaches and supporting long-term goals Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting with a B2B focus - Ability to create and maintain a cohesive brand voice across various formats - Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying strategic ideas - Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools for data-informed content strategies - Availability within U.S. EST Hours for deliverables and client calls - Experience in establishing and upholding editorial standards - Comfort with remote collaboration tools, including ClickUp and Slack Bonus Skills - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to support B2B marketing objectives - Experience managing multi-language or international content strategies - A creative approach to storytelling, bringing fresh ideas to engage B2B audiences We’re looking forward to hearing how you’ll bring a strategic and creative perspective to Vaulted’s projects and client initiatives.
