We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual based in the United States to test consumer products and help create clear, user-friendly manuals. You’ll receive physical products, test them in real-world conditions, and document the process through written instructions. If you’re also comfortable recording simple walkthrough videos, that’s a big plus. Responsibilities: - Receive and test physical products at your location - Evaluate product setup, usability, and functionality - Identify pain points or confusing steps from a customer’s perspective - Write clear, step-by-step user manuals (photos or diagrams optional) - Provide actionable feedback to improve product experience - Collaborate with our team to finalize documentation - (Bonus) Record basic product demonstration or setup videos
