Speech Writer for Gala on April 11th

I am in need of a speech writer to take my rough draft and make more engaging. It is hard for me to write as the foundation was created after our son we lost on April 27th of last year. This is our inaugural foundation dinner with keynote speakers, awards/recognition and the delivering of our character matters scholarships. I need with everything but, of course, our keynote speakers presentations.
