We are launching a new marketplace app on iOS and Android this Spring! We're looking for a young (entry to intermediate level) PR professional to work with us on our launch campaign and find the right channels to share our story with customers. This is a short term gig that will consist of outreach to press, online publications, and crafting outlines of stories and angles on how to best pitch our app to different audience types. A preference will be given to freelancers with existing contacts in: - Food (ie bon apetit, Eater, etc) - Healthy living - Regional News networks We are launching nationally so if you have contacts in a specific region or state in the US, we are open to hiring multiple people for short term pitches and see which work best. At that point we would be open to discussing long term employment.
