Experienced eBook Editor Needed for Cookbook Projects

I am launching a recipe/food content business and need someone experienced w/ cooking ebook creation. This will require developing a custom template that suits the format and style of the book, I do not want AI generated or standard canva cookbook template. I will provide: 1) Recipe and instructions 2) Paragraph text that reviews nutritional content and a couple of descriptive sentences. 3) List of recommended products for preparing w/ affiliate links 4) Pro/con list 5) Outbound links to to newsletter, recipe site, booking site for scheduling call w/ me I need help w/ template design, editing, production.
