We're seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to build and manage our online presence. This role is crucial for engaging our audience, driving brand awareness, and ultimately, increasing sales. What We Need: Social Media Strategy & Management: -Aid in developing and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase traffic at the brewery and expand our following. -Manage day-to-day operations across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, NextDoor, Yelp, Google Business Profile., as relevant). -Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. -Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies for improvement. -Aid in engaging with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community or work with brewery staff on appropriate response/resolutions. Content Creation: -Create high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories. -Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. -Produce visually appealing and on-brand graphics and videos. -Write compelling captions and copy that drive engagement and conversions. -Conduct photo and video shoots, and edit content for optimal social media performance. Analytics & Reporting: -Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. -Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations. -Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth. -Monitor online conversations and identify potential brand risks or opportunities. Collaboration: -Collaborate with brewery staff (e.g., owner, taproom manager, chef) to ensure alignment and consistency. Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator. -Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. -Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. -Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). -Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics). -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. -Interest in Craft Beer, Breweries and or Brewpubs
