I'll need a written grant proposal for an application to different grant funds from organizations . The properties of grant include purchase of land acres , construction of pavement, security fencing, private cameras, small office, lighting, and other materials. My small business is going to be a OUTDOOR STORAGE FACILITY. I'll need to first purchase some land to put it on and find a contractor to help build things needed for outdoor storage of people's campers, trailers, truck's etc. The spaces for monthly rent will be approximately small, medium, and large spaces. The rental spaces will approximately be $40 -$55 per month and the rent spaces would be 200 - 400 spots!... The biggest spots could fit a semi trailer and small spots could fit a vw bug approximately. Also included will be lighting, security fencing and cameras,signage, business code,permits, small office and garage, equipment,....also in my county there is a news video from our local TV station that reports about an ordinance that says campers, trailers, abandoned vehicles can't be parked on street for said amount of time or the law will be enforced!!
