Our Digital Marketing Manager—Real Estate (PPL Focus)—will oversee our Pay-Per-Lead division, helping us drive qualified leads and scale our business through strategic meta ads, Google Ads, CRO, and compelling ad copy. We’re a startup environment, and this position offers a chance to shape our digital advertising strategy from the ground up. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage Paid Campaigns: Plan, create, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality real estate leads, focusing on strict ROI metrics. Implement CRO Best Practices: Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and user journey analysis to refine landing pages and maximize lead conversion rates. Craft Compelling Copy: Develop persuasive ad copy that resonates with various real estate audience segments—from first-time homebuyers to luxury markets. Analyze & Report: Track KPIs like CTR, CPA, and ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders in regular performance updates. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor real estate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to continually refine targeting strategies. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with design, sales, and product teams to produce high-impact visuals, refine messaging, and drive alignment across campaigns. WHAT YOU BRING: Proven Paid Media Experience: 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with demonstrated success in lead generation. CRO Expertise: Proficiency with A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely) to continuously optimize conversion funnels. Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling, audience-centric copy that drives clicks and conversions. Data-Driven Mindset: You rely on metrics to guide decision-making, prioritizing clear ROI targets and systematic testing. Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with property marketing strategies, buyer behaviors, and real estate audience segments. Organizational Savvy: Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
