We’re a growing digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and automation using GoHighLevel. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team. Your role will be to ensure smooth communication between clients and our internal team, manage projects, and oversee campaign success. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and expectations. • Coordinate with our technical marketer and ad specialists to ensure campaigns run smoothly. • Review campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations. • Handle client questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and urgency. • Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and project progress. • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency setting. • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and GoHighLevel is a plus. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
