We are a fast growing digital marketing agency looking to bring on a part time client success manager/account manager to help ensure that our clients from the moment they are onboarded receive the attention and experience that they deserve! We are looking for someone who is personable and is able to handle those bi-weekly conversations with clients to ensure they are happy. We expect to start this looks like a 5-10hr/week position to start but we absolutely want to expand this to more and at some point it is a potential full time position. Responsibilities for this role would include: -managing client communications -responding to client questions in slack -conducting bi-weekly zoom meeting with clients to go over reporting for their accounts (reports and steps will be provided on how to do this. -coordinating with the technicians at our agency (media buyers and other) after client calls to ensure that tasks are assigned and started.
