We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our digital marketing agency. In this contractor role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, closing sales, and helping to kickoff clients. A strong background in sales, particularly in the digital marketing space, is preferred. You will receive a reasonable base salary, commission for every successful sale, and renewal commission. Responsibilities: ✔ Identify and prospect potential clients who need Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, local SEO management, or lead generation services. ✔ Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and follow-ups to close deals. ✔ Educate prospects on our services and how we can help them grow their business. ✔ Develop and maintain relationships with small-to-mid-sized business owners and decision-makers. ✔ Manage a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly. ✔ Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding after closing deals. ✔ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets (minimum 3 new clients per month after 2 months ramp-up). Requirements: ✔ Must have a computer (laptop or desktop) with reliable internet. ✔ Must have a cell phone for calls, texts, and follow-ups. ✔ Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields. ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. ✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. ✔ Experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus but not required. ✔ Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor (not a W-2 employee). ✔ US & Canada-based applicants only. Compensation: ✅ Base Salary: $2,000 per month (depending on experience) ✅ Commission: 20% of revenue from new clients for the first 6 months, 5% of revenue after month 6 Example Earnings Potential: If you close 10 clients paying $1,500/month, you earn $3,000/month for the first 6 months and $750/month thereafter.
