We are seeking an Atlanta, Ga based HubSpot Implementation Specialist to support our agency’s clients with CRM setup, marketing automation, and sales enablement within HubSpot. This role will work closely with our team and clients to ensure a smooth and strategic rollout of HubSpot tools customized to their business needs. The ideal candidate understands how to translate business processes into efficient HubSpot solutions that drive results. Responsibilities: Lead the setup and configuration of HubSpot portals for new clients Customize pipelines, properties, workflows, forms, lists, and reporting dashboards Implement marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences Provide sales enablement setup including deal stages, task automation, and templates Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms as needed Train client teams on HubSpot best practices and usage Audit existing HubSpot setups and provide recommendations for optimization Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web) to support integrated marketing efforts Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed Requirements: Proven experience implementing HubSpot for multiple clients or organizations (HubSpot certification preferred) Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub Experience with marketing automation strategy and workflow creation Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data migration within HubSpot Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously Preferred Industries or Experience: Please share any industries or types of businesses you have worked with in HubSpot (e.g., SaaS, service-based businesses, e-commerce, etc.).
