Description: We’re a U.S.-based e-commerce brand preparing to relaunch our Shopify website with a new design and updated product offering. Our focus is on lifestyle-driven apparel and kitchen essentials inspired by a distinct cultural perspective. To support the relaunch, we’re looking for a keyword research expert to help us build a clear, data-informed SEO strategy. This role involves conducting keyword research and analyzing our Google Search Console and Google Analytics data to uncover the most relevant, high-potential keywords for both organic content and future paid campaigns. Scope of Work: Conduct detailed keyword research based on our niche, product categories, and audience Analyze our existing Google Search Console and Google Analytics data to: Identify current keywords we rank for that have growth potential Highlight high-impression, low-CTR queries worth targeting Deliver a mix of long-tail and short-tail keywords with clear grouping into themes or content clusters Identify keyword opportunities for both on-site SEO (product titles, collections, meta tags, etc.) and future Google Ads Identify keywords that can be used for future blog topics Deliverables: A keyword spreadsheet/report including: Recommended keywords with search volume, competition score, and context for usage Keyword clusters or thematic groups Notes referencing relevant insights from Search Console and Analytics A summary report highlighting: Top keyword opportunities to prioritize Suggested next steps for implementation on Shopify Blog topic recommendations based on keyword research Requirements: Strong experience with keyword research for Shopify or e-commerce websites Demonstrated ability to extract and interpret data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics Proficiency with keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner Clear and strategic communicator—able to translate data into actionable recommendations To Apply: Please provide 1–2 examples of keyword research work—especially for Shopify or e-commerce clients.
