Marketing Strategist


Strategy Implementation: • Implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, developed in collaboration with our Graphic Designer. • Execute a creative concept for social campaigns that drive engagement and outperform competitors. • Identify key metrics and benchmarks for success and continuously refine the strategy based on performance. Content Creation & Management: • Develop and oversee the creation of engaging, platform-specific content (e.g., posts, videos, reels, and stories) that resonate with target audiences. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms. • Partner with the Sales team to create marketing materials that support sales initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging across touchpoints. • Collaborate with internal teams to create communication materials that support business goals; Develops content for website(s), sales flyers, presentations, newsletters, direct mail, trade booths, program advertisements, emails, wellness flyers and social media posts. Campaign Execution: • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative, and A/B testing in a timely manner. Focus is on speed of execution. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. • Continually optimize content across each social media platform • Flexibility for last-minute changes Performance Analysis & Optimization: • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all social media initiatives, reporting key insights and ROI. • Use analytics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for better results. Audience Engagement: • Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and authentic manner. • Foster community engagement and loyalty through innovative approaches. Trend Analysis & Innovation: • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative. • Research social media trends, continuously improve social media strategy and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities. • Interact with industry thought leaders via social media to make connections and amplify our brand. • Test emerging platforms and features to identify new growth opportunities.
