Job Summary: TalentXi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Project Manager to lead and oversee client engagements across AdTech, AI Agents, and Data Strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the technology sector, with a focus on advertising technology, artificial intelligence solutions, and data-driven strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. - Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and data analytics, to align project objectives and deliverables. - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in project deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards. - Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular reports to stakeholders. - Global Coordination: Manage projects across various regions, understanding and accommodating cultural and market differences to ensure effective implementation. Qualifications: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the technology sector, with a focus on AdTech, AI solutions, or data strategy. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programmatic advertising technologies, AI agent integration, and data analytics platforms preferred - Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with AI-driven recruitment marketing platforms. - Knowledge of global market trends in AdTech and data strategy. - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
