About Us: Clary Collection is a plant-based skincare line. We craft small-batch, herbal-infused products designed to nourish and restore. As we grow, we seek a skilled Klaviyo expert to elevate our email marketing strategy and improve performance across key metrics. Role Overview: We’re seeking someone with deep experience in Klaviyo to help us audit, refine, and rebuild our segments, increase our deliverability rate, and ensure our emails reach the right people at the right time. This role also includes helping us redesign our core email template to better reflect our brand and improve readability and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Audit existing Klaviyo account setup, including list hygiene, flows, and segments. Rebuild and optimize audience segments to improve targeting and engagement. Implement best practices to improve deliverability and reduce bounce/spam rates Redesign our main email template, focusing on brand alignment, simplicity, and mobile responsiveness. Provide strategic guidance on flow timing, content cadence, and list growth. Set up or refine flows for abandoned cart, welcome, winback, and post-purchase Monitor performance and provide actionable insights regularly. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing Klaviyo accounts (especially for eCommerce brands) Strong eye for design and experience building branded email templates Deep understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and automation strategy Ability to identify a list of issues and implement solutions Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit Familiarity with Shopify and the natural beauty/wellness space is a plus.
