Seeking digital product funnel expert to reduce friction on cart checkout page

I'm looking for help with my cold traffic Meta ads campaign. I sell a $9 tripwire offer with a $7 order bump and I feel like there's too much dropoff on the cart page. Currently using ThriveCart.
