Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Growth-Focused Digital Marketing Leader for B2B SaaS

As we continue scaling rapidly, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven CMO to lead and coordinate all marketing efforts across our organization. Role Overview: This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee our full marketing ecosystem, working closely with specialized team leads across paid advertising, SEO, cold outreach, creatives, and content. Your focus will be on strategy, performance tracking, optimization, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring marketing performance aligns with business growth goals, managing multi-channel marketing initiatives, and reporting on key metrics that drive customer acquisition and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire marketing strategy and vision across all digital channels Lead and manage teams across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, cold email outreach, content creation, and affiliate programs Set clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs for each marketing function Ensure creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversion Oversee and continuously refine our lead generation funnels and campaigns Report on essential marketing metrics, including: Cost per lead and cost per acquisition across all channels Funnel conversion rates (impressions → clicks → leads → demos → clients) Cold email and LinkedIn outreach performance Channel-specific ROI and budget efficiency Identify underperforming channels and lead optimization efforts Collaborate with leadership on marketing forecasts, priorities, and growth targets Maintain alignment between product, sales, and marketing messaging What We’re Looking For: Proven success in a CMO, Head of Marketing, or Growth Lead role at a B2B SaaS company Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and scaling strategies Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure consistent execution across all channels Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO tools, email automation, and affiliate management Experience building and tracking performance dashboards in tools like Google Sheets, Looker, or similar A data-driven mindset—you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses Exceptional leadership and communication skills Deep understanding of lead conversion strategies and the small business software market is a major plus
