Our goal is to expand our B2B network by connecting with travel agents, consortia, DMCs, and corporate partners to sell our tours on commission. **Job Overview:** We’re seeking a **digital marketing specialist** with experience in **B2B lead generation** to create and execute targeted campaigns on **LinkedIn and similar platforms**. The goal is to generate a high-quality CRM list of potential partners, nurture leads, and onboard travel professionals who can sell our tours. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and run **targeted ad campaigns** on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. - Identify and engage **travel agents, consortia, DMCs, and corporate partners** interested in selling our tours. - Build and manage a CRM database of qualified leads. - Develop automated email sequences and follow-up strategies. - Optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost efficiency. - Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance. - Participate in real-time calls to align on strategy (U.S.-based preferred). **Ideal Candidate:** - Proven experience in **B2B lead generation and digital marketing** (LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads, etc.). - Familiarity with **travel industry sales, travel agents, or DMCs** is a plus. - Experience in CRM management and email marketing. - Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance. - Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations.
