Company: Triplemoon Location: Remote Job Type: Hourly Contract About Triplemoon Triplemoon is an early-stage digital health startup providing support to parents through expert-crafted curriculum, direct coaching, and a supportive community. We currently sell our services directly to consumers (DTC channel), to employers offering benefits to their employees (B2B channel), and to partnering physician offices through the Collaborative Care Model. We use HubSpot CRM to track and manage our customer relationships, and we're looking for an experienced technical support contractor to help us optimize our workflows, more effectively manage data, create dashboards, and provide general strategic guidance to ensure we are building the right foundation for success within Hubspot. Role Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy contractor to audit and improve our HubSpot CRM. This role will involve optimizing our data flow integrations, ensuring data quality, building dashboards, and refining our B2B lead management processes and managing our DTC contacts. The ideal candidate has experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and EMS, as well as custom coding capabilities for advanced automation and reporting. Key Responsibilities Business-to-Business (B2B) Support ● Audit and refine our process for storing, maintaining, and emailing B2B leads within HubSpot. ● Develop dashboards to track conversion rates between sales steps. ● Provide recommendations on best practices for B2B CRM management. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Support ● Develop dashboards to track key consumer metrics (e.g., purchases, scheduling, and engagement) by month and total. ● Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that emerge from Zapier workflows transferring purchase data from Mighty Networks and scheduling data from Acuity into HubSpot. General CRM Optimization ● Offer guidance on HubSpot best practices for contact management, automation, and reporting. ● Leverage EMS (Email Marketing Software) to optimize email campaigns. ● Implement custom-coded solutions for automation, data processing, or reporting needs. Requirements ● Proven experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM. ● Strong understanding of Zapier integrations and automation. ● Experience with EMS (email marketing software) tools. ● Ability to build custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot. ● Proficiency in custom coding for CRM automation and data processing. ● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ● Experience working with early-stage startups is a plus.
