We are a local service business with highly variable ticket sizes. I'd like to get granular conversion tracking set up so that we can measure the efficacy of our campaigns. Conversions occur primarily via phone call and web form submissions. I'd like to set up UTM parameters for web forms and utilize a service like Call Rail for phone calls. We are using Pipedrive as a CRM. Every lead / deal should have a custom field where the source is attributed, based on where the customer came from. I am looking for assistance in setting all of this up. Finally, I would like to report offline conversions back to Google Ads so we can report on actual conversion values. I need someone experienced with GTM, Call Rail, Google Ads, and Pipedrive. I would like to utilize webhooks or APIs, rather than some third party automation software.
