Job Description: It's wonderful to meet you! We’re looking for an experienced LinkedIn Setter & Appointment Scheduler to help manage multiple advisors' LinkedIn accounts, engage with prospects, and book meetings on their calendars. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle cold outreach on LinkedIn and via phone if needed. While this position primarily focuses on messaging prospects on LinkedIn, you must also be comfortable making calls in the future if required. Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage multiple advisors’ LinkedIn accounts and respond to prospects ✔️ Engage with leads and schedule appointments on advisors' calendars ✔️ Track responses and follow up with potential clients as needed ✔️ Maintain professionalism and clear communication in all interactions ✔️ Potential future role expansion to include phone outreach Must-Haves: ✅ At least one year of experience booking prospects – include your setting ratio ✅ Previous LinkedIn prospecting experience – how long have you used LinkedIn for this? ✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills ✅ Experience managing multiple campaigns/accounts at once ✅ Comfortable making phone calls in the future if the role expands ✅ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Preferred but Not Required: ⭐ Experience working with financial advisors or in the financial services industry ⭐ CRM experience for tracking outreach Hours & Availability: Please indicate how many hours per week you’re available for this role.
