Title: Social Media & Admin Support for Food Business Consulting I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactive assistant to help manage the backend operations of my social media and consulting business. The ideal candidate will assist with posts across all platforms we are currently on, responding to inquiries/funneling as needed, and organizing client information. You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high-quality work and effective communication skills. While I’m still the face of my brand and handle posting, I need support in streamlining operations, managing inquiries, and keeping things organized. What I Need Help With: -DM & Inbox Management – Sorting and responding to messages, directing inquiries to the right place (Stan Store, booking link, etc.), and ensuring no messages slip through the cracks. -Stan Store & Automation Support – Helping manage my digital product/storefront, setting up automations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. -Content Ideation & Planning – Assisting with brainstorming content ideas and organizing them into a clear strategy. We use the platforms: TT, IG, YT, and LinkedIn. -Email Campaign Support – Helping craft and schedule email sequences, ensuring proper follow-ups and engagement. -Process Optimization – Finding ways to make things more efficient (e.g., templates, automation, AI tools). Ideal Candidate: -Familiar with social media tools (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). -Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., StanStore, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, etc.). -Organized, responsive, and proactive in suggesting improvements. Some familiarity with food business consulting or digital products is a plus! This is a remote, flexible role with potential for ongoing work.
