About Us: R. Runberg Curiosities is a retail store offering a unique array of furniture and accessories that add meaning, depth and authenticity to the home. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, R. Runberg sells to the trade and public through a bricks and mortar location, pop-up selling events and an eCommerce experience. Last year, R. Runberg was selected as one of the top 50 home stores in the US by House Beautiful magazine. Work Desired: R. Runberg Curiosities is looking to learn about eCommerce and build a foundation to (i) leverage/improve their existing eCommerce platform (Square, MailChimp, WooCommerce) and (ii) grow eCommerce sales/customer acquisition. R. Runberg is looking for an eCommerce and analytics specialist to assist with a three-part engagement. Part I: Educate R. Runberg founder and team in the basics of eCommerce analytics (including GA4, Square, MailChimp and WooCommerce Analytics). Part II: Assist in building a basic KPI dashboard to monitor - daily, weekly, monthly eCommerce traffic. Part III: Assist in building three customer journey flows (w/analytics) from which to test email and paid advertising campaigns: (1) abandoned cart flow (2) welcome series flow (3) post-purchase flow.
