Key Responsibilities Background research on targeted leads and initiating outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and introduce our products/services. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and interest level. Schedule appointments and virtual meetings between prospects and sales representatives. Maintain accurate and detailed records of communication with prospects in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on strategies, messaging, and target prospects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects. Qualifications: Native English speaker. Based in the EST or CST time zone. Proven ability to generate leads and schedule appointments, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Proficient in using email and CRM systems. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Familiarity with digital technology solutions and their application in business. A background in the interior furnishings industry is a significant plus. Experience with international lead generation is a plus. Ability to learn and understand new technology quickly.
