Part-Time Digital Strategist & Virtual Event Host

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Digital Strategist to lead virtual educational events, interact with prospective clients, and develop content that positions our company as a thought leader in digital transformation and automation for organizations. This role will focus on hosting bi-weekly virtual Lunch & Learn sessions, creating event materials, and driving engagement with attendees to nurture relationships and generate leads. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, skilled at creating compelling presentations, and has experience in digital marketing, strategy, or consulting. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Host Virtual Events & Engage Prospects Lead bi-weekly Lunch & Learn webinars on topics related to digital transformation, automation, and organizational growth. Confidently present key insights and facilitate interactive Q&A discussions. Work with the marketing team to increase event attendance and post-event engagement. ✅ Develop Event Content & Agendas Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for each session. Research industry trends, case studies, and best practices to include in the event content. Ensure branding and messaging align with the company’s thought leadership strategy. ✅ Drive Thought Leadership & Industry Positioning Foster meaningful discussions that position the company as a trusted industry resource. Engage attendees, answer questions, and encourage further interaction post-event. Provide post-event recaps and insights to refine and enhance future sessions. ✅ Support Lead Generation & Prospect Nurturing Identify high-value attendees and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team. Assist in developing automated follow-up sequences to maintain engagement. Leverage CRM and email marketing tools to track and nurture leads from events. Ideal Candidate: ✅ Confident and engaging speaker – Comfortable leading webinars and interacting with a live audience. ✅ Strategic thinker – Understands how to position a company as a thought leader in its industry. ✅ Detail-oriented & organized – Can manage event planning, content creation, and follow-up processes. ✅ Experienced in digital strategy & marketing – Familiar with trends in automation, digital transformation, and audience engagement. ✅ Strong people skills – Naturally connects with prospects and keeps conversations engaging. Preferred Qualifications: ✔️ 2+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, consulting, or a related field. ✔️ Experience hosting webinars or virtual events is highly preferred. ✔️ Proficiency in tools like Zoom, Canva/PPT, and CRM/email marketing platforms. ✔️ Strong understanding of digital automation, marketing, and business growth strategies.
