We're looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to lead the setup and optimization of our CRM. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales and marketing processes are effectively structured within HubSpot to drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making. What We're Looking For: We need someone with deep experience setting up and configuring HubSpot, including Sales, Marketing, and potentially Service Hub. This role requires a strong understanding of workflows, automation, reporting, pipeline management, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with B2B SaaS sales cycles and be able to structure CRM workflows, lead scoring, and reporting to support sales teams. The right person will be comfortable tailoring HubSpot to our needs, including custom properties, fields, reports, and automation. Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools such as LinkedIn, email sequencing platforms, and data enrichment services is important. A background in integrating AI coaching solutions or call center tools is a plus. This role requires experience with data imports, deduplication, and setting up a clean, scalable database structure. The candidate should be able to provide training and documentation for our sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth adoption. Strong project management skills are necessary to execute a well-structured implementation plan and communicate updates effectively. What Success Looks Like HubSpot is fully set up and optimized for our sales and marketing teams within the first 60 days. Workflows and automations are in place to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and reporting. Sales leadership has clear dashboards and reporting for pipeline, forecasting, and team activity. The CRM is clean, well-organized, and easy to use for reps and leadership. Key sales and marketing tools are seamlessly integrated to enhance efficiency.
