What We’re Looking For A Growth Hacker who will architect and execute strategies to rapidly expand our pre-launch waiting list and generate excitement among potential early adopters. You’re passionate about digital privacy, adept at turning data into actionable insights, and ready to roll up your sleeves to test, iterate, and implement growth tactics. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation - Develop, test, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, partnerships, etc.) to build a robust pre-launch waiting list. - Identify and validate target market segments/niches, clear persona definitions, and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) frameworks. - Own the entire growth funnel, from attracting prospects to converting them into enthusiastic early adopters. Growth Strategy & Execution - Implement and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) to nurture leads effectively. - Design and execute A/B tests to find winning messages, channels, and tactics. - Craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with our privacy-minded audiences. Analytics & Optimization - Use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance; analyze metrics to refine strategies in real-time. Collaboration - Work directly with the founders and collaborate with a small but mighty extended team to leverage industry expertise. Privacy Evangelism - Stay informed on digital privacy trends. - Ensure our marketing efforts align with our core mission of protecting user data and maintaining trust. What You’ll Bring - Growth Mindset: Experience (or strong desire) in fast-paced startup environments, comfortable with quick iterations and pivots. - Hands-On Skills: Proficient in marketing automation, analytics tools, and growth frameworks. You’ve run experiments from ideation to analysis. - Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities to measure the impact of various growth initiatives. - Creativity & Curiosity: Ability to think outside the box to captivate and convert our ideal early adopters. - Passion for Privacy: Genuine interest in digital privacy, user data protection, and emerging trends.
