I have had a catastrophic crash in my google ads performance and need consultation help from a true expert. The drop in new customer acquisition has been truly painful for our company and I need a second opinion here. I was adding some conversions in June and they completely messed up my smart bidding. I removed the conversions and returned the account to its previous settings and my performance improved a little bit but my impressions are still down to about 1/3 of what they were and my CPC is double what it was - my ROAS is half what it was. Although I spend 150k per year on google ads I am getting zero support from google. They are telling me to just let the campaigns run but I have done that for weeks and my performance is not returning to normal.
